A lateral thinker who loves to explore cultural and behavioural insights in the formulation of meaningful strategy.

Marley is a senior consultant with 9 years experience in strategy and communications; with roles spanning across creative, media and digital agencies. She understands how to combine brilliant creativity with new and existing technologies to deliver integrated and highly effective communications. She brings an adept mix of strategy and insights knowledge to her clients and their challenges. 

Marley has worked across numerous categories from blue chip to not-for-profit, and everything in between. Categories include: Airline, Automotive, Entertainment, FMCG and Higher Education. Here is some of the work she’s proud of:

  • Developed the comms/media strategy for VicHealth’s This Girl Can campaign

  • Developed comms/media strategies for Holden’s individual nameplates and focused on portfolio management. Was responsible for a sponsorship strategy, which included pioneering a focus on Women in Sport

  • Contributed to the delivery of ahm and Medibank’s annual strategy and planning and was part of the small team that successfully pitched to retain the media business for both brands

  • Developed annual comms strategy and planning for La Trobe University

  • Developed creative strategies for Victoria University, during repositioning of their brand in line with their first to market offering, Block Model

  • Translation of data into human insights and contributed to the delivery of Disney’s annual Segmentation Project

Marley is fascinated by shifting cultural trends, real human insight and behavioural economics, and has had the pleasure of applying this passion when working with a number of Government, not-for-profit and public sector clients.

Away from work, Marley is happiest when she’s running, standing on two skis, or grabbing her tent and heading out on a multi-day hike.
