Engaging and connecting hard-to-reach and vulnerable communities with services

About:

We are committed to helping people access the services that are designed for them. Developing public and social policy is a complex process. When designing for broad, multifaceted audiences the nuances in human experiences and the intersection of these experiences can be overlooked. The Think partnership has extensive experience (both in commercial and non-commercial sectors) designing strategies and engagement for hard-to-reach audiences, including:

  • Culturally and linguistically diverse

  • Traditional Owners

  • Senior Australians

  • People living with disability and their carers

  • And the front-line staff working within these communities

Our Role in supporting progress:

  • Conducting research to understand the key levers in engaging vulnerable people and how to meet their needs

  • Designing products and policy that supports the delivery of services

  • Developing engagement strategies and partnerships with key organisations (welfare agencies and councils)

  • Strategic alignment, aligning overall organisational strategy with the needs of service users

  • Co-designing solutions with public and community engagement

  • Developing consumer first strategy

  • Driving collective impact
