Opportunity
Daffodil Day has been a major pillar in The Cancer Councils fundraising campaign for many years. As a federated organisation, they were looking to bring partners together to review the value the day was bringing to supporters and to increase the profitability of the support they were garnering.
Partnership
Think were brought on to facilitate a process that would bring the federated bodies together, develop a new Customer Value Proposition, and refine the suite of offerings available on Daffodil Day. Think undertook stakeholder research with key partners and supporters across Australia. Finally, we partnered with the Cancer Council to develop a plan to test and learn - using innovation design thinking.
Results
The Cancer Council were able to develop a national plan across the federation to deliver greater value to their supporters and generate a stronger ROI for Daffodil Day.
